DATAFLOW SECURITY SRL endeavors to ensure that all activities carried out are in compliance with current legislation and inspired by the principles of legality, respect for the person, free and fair competition, respect for the environment, and public safety protection. Observance of these values is of fundamental importance in promoting its image and preserving its reputation based on trust and reliability. In this perspective, and with the aim of enabling the dissemination of ethical behaviors, the company provides a channel (whistleblowing).
Through this channel, you can report any suspected or actual irregularity.
In particular, you can use this channel to report:
- any illegal conduct relevant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001;
- any violation of the Organizational, Management, and Control Model adopted by the company;
- any violation of procedures and company regulations adopted by the company;
- any active or passive behavior related to the work context that may harm public interest, the integrity, or the reputation of the company.
We guarantee that throughout the reporting process, you will be able to maintain your anonymity unless you wish to provide personal information voluntarily.
The Report must be adequately specified, containing all the necessary elements to ensure the collection of what is indispensable for reconstructing the fact and for verifying the grounds of what is reported. In particular, the Report must contain the following elements:
- a description of the facts subject to the report, including, if known, the circumstances of time and place in which the facts reported were committed;
- if known, identification elements (such as function/role within the company) that allow for easy identification of the presumed perpetrator of the illegal behavior;
- any other individuals who may report on the facts;
- further information/documents in support of the report.
Do not send personal data that are not strictly relevant to the report. However, if you do send them, we have the right to delete such information without informing you.
